Confidentiality, lawyer-client privilege and the protection of personal data (GDPR) come first.
Client case data is protected by lawyer-client privilege. Access is through personal accounts of the firm's members and the connection is encrypted over HTTPS. We process personal data under GDPR, as the firm's data processor.
The court-deadline calendar keeps every hearing and due date under control, and Romanian cases can be synced with portal.just.ro. The lawyer sees all deadlines in one place and gets an in-app alert before each critical date.
Time tracked per case is the basis for billing, hourly or at a fixed fee, and invoices are issued straight from the platform, with client and matter details pulled automatically. No double entry, no forgotten fees.
