Look it up before you commit
Search the portal by case number and preview the match first. The preview is read-only: nothing is stored until you add the case to monitoring.
Every hearing, with its ruling
Each hearing is listed with its date, time and court panel. When the portal publishes one, you also see the ruling and its short summary.
The next hearing first
Cases are listed by hearing date, earliest first, and cases without a date come last. A hearing that has already passed is marked as past. Every case shows whether its last sync worked, was not found on the portal or failed.
Notifications inside the app
When a sync finds a new hearing or a new ruling, a notification appears in the panel. The same goes for a case being added, a case the portal cannot find and a sync error. You can mark one or all as read, or delete them.

Sync one case or all of them
Refresh a single case from its row, or use Sync all to refresh every active case in one go. Remove a case when you no longer need the record.
Eight document templates
A small library of fill-in templates, written in Romanian: power of attorney, legal assistance contract, statement of claim, statement of defence, notice of default, objection to enforcement, divorce petition and a challenge to a dismissal decision. Copy a template or download it as a text file.

Create the account
Sign up and open the case monitoring page in the panel.
Find and add the case
Search the portal by case number, then add the case. The first sync runs when you add it.
Press Sync
Sync one case, or sync all active cases. New hearings and rulings are compared with what is already stored.
Read the notifications
New hearings and rulings are listed as notifications in the panel, with the case number and the hearing date. The notification text is generated in Romanian.
What to expect, and what it leaves out
- All case data comes from portal.just.ro, the public portal of the Romanian courts. 4lawyers shows what the portal publishes; a case that is not found there is reported as not found.
- Sync runs when you add a case or press Sync, for one case or for all active cases. There is no background schedule today, so a new hearing appears in your notifications after the next sync.
- Case notifications are shown inside the app only. The monitoring module does not send e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp alerts about hearings or rulings.
- The first sync of a case normally produces one "case added" notification, not one per existing hearing. Hearings and rulings found on later syncs are announced individually.
- This page describes the court case monitoring module, and there is no client portal. The document templates are generic Romanian-language drafts to adapt, not legal advice.
- Each firm sees only its own cases.
